Alexandra K. Baker is Managing Partner at Penn Strategies, where she is instrumental in helping clients form the strategic relationships that they need to successfully navigate their way through the legislative and regulatory landscapes of the federal government.

With a background in grant writing and advocacy on behalf of Penn Strategies’ public and private sector clients, Baker helps educate clients and inform Capitol Hill decision-makers.

A graduate of Gettysburg College with a degree in political science, Baker was a Fred Fielding Fellow at the university’s Eisenhower Institute. She also was a participant in the Fellows Program at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress.
