Brittnee Vann is the RACP Division Administrator with Penn Strategies. Her primary responsibilities are writing, research, and post-award administration of Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) Commonwealth grants.

With a wealth of experience in project management and a background in environmental compliance, Ms. Vann brings a unique skill set that will undoubtedly contribute to our firm’s continued success and growth.

In this position, Ms. Vann will be focused on post-award administration of local, state, and federal grants with particular attention to state Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) awards that are in the external application review and construction monitoring phases.

Ms. Vann holds an MBA in Sustainability and Environmental Compliance from Southern New Hampshire University, which she completed with an outstanding GPA of 4.0. She also earned a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from the same institution, graduating Summa Cum Laude and nominated for the National Honor Society. Ms. Vann’s academic achievements reflect her commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
